Looks like it’s receiving too much direct light. It could also be chemical damage from water/fertiliser

Is it only affecting the lighter areas on the leaves? It might be killing them off for energy.
How often do you fertilise?
How much light does it get?
If it only happens in parts of the leaves which lack chlorophyll, then it might be the plant telling you it’s hungry for fertiliser and /or water.
Although it can also be due to too much sunlight.

What soil are u using…? Pothos prefer a chunky mix of soil, bark n perlite. Yours looks like general multi purpose compost.
