I just got this constellation monstera about two weeks ago. This leaf came with a brown spot, but now it has another. Please help!
I water 2x a week letting the soil dry in between watering. It has been treated with gnats be gone and dead AF, though I haven’t seen any signs of pests. It is in a north facing window with lots of light but not direct light.

That looks like some damage from over watering. Gnats are a clue that watering is too frequent.
Are you checking the surface of the soil, or are you checking down near the roots for moisture? I’d be surprised if it was drying out entirely two times a week.
The variegated portions, the light parts, are going to be quicker to show damage no matter what you do.
If you haven’t already, repot this bad boy. The soil from the store will kill this plant. Needs equal mix bark and soil with perlite mixed in (at least thats what worked for me)
This is probably overwatering or even root rot. When out of the pot, get as much soil off the roots as possible without going crazy with the roots, and cut off any black/mushy roots as they are rotted.
I butchered my thai when i first got it, didn’t do the above until every leaf had these spots except one. Its since recovered nicely. Got it in March
Might be the water that you’re using. Have you repotted it since you got it? What’s the soil look like?
