There appears to be some kind of bean pod growing out of the stem? Is it a flower? Is it a good sign?? 3rd pic for a sense of the whole plant. 4th pic shows some cuttings I accidentally broke off about a month ago. I adopted this beauty from a friend about a month ago and I’ve grown very attached. South facing window, water every two weeks or so. Please help! Thank you 💚

Yes a flower, yes a good sign!
Probably gonna be another leaf. Mines done this too and I feel like it was basically like a whole new plant growth from the node. I have this same plant in my bathroom and she looks just like yours, real squirrelly! But who knows, it could be a surprise and not a leaf at all, but my guess is leaf and new plantlet coming off of it.
