Very new to succulents here! I bought this at a local nursery a few weeks back. It was labeled as a cooperi. Now that I know enough to be dangerous, I am thinking retusa due to the pointier rosettes. What do you think?
Also, I am wonder if I should have attempted to split these when I moved it from the nursery pot. It was absolutely crammed and so some of the babies on the side are a little smushed. Should I consider removing the smaller ones to their own pots after it’s recovered a bit more from its first repotting?

I’d call that one retusa var turgida
I think that is up to you. I like the clusters myself. I’m trying to cover the entire pot with these plants.
