Recently grafted and got rooting hormone (the purple stain) spilled on it. I was applying the hormone to some other cuttings and a drop fell directly on the smallest graft that was on the table (lol) Now the scion has two roots. The graft took and both the root stock and scion are plumping up. I figure the roots will dry up and shrivel away eventually as they won't find nutrients. We shall see, anyway I thought it was interesting and made me laugh.
