Help identifying this little one?

Hi everyone!
I was given this little one yesterday, and I’m not sure what type of Echeveria it is.
Could you please help me identify it?

I’d also really appreciate any care tips, since it’s so small and I don’t know what kind of conditions it was in before. It looks like a stem was cut off — maybe it had bloomed before?
Should I repot it? The soil is very dry. I haven’t watered it or put it in the sun yet.
What would you do in my place?

Where I live it’s quite hot at the moment: between 16 °C / 60.8 °F and 34 °C / 93.2 °F (in case that’s helpful).
