  1. Great video! You showcased the beauty of this country incredibly well. I really enjoyed watching it and can't wait to see where your next adventure takes you. 🍃

  2. Ireland looks like a breathtaking symphony of nature, history, and legend. Every frame stirs the soul — from dramatic cliffs to misty valleys.

  3. Iceland looks like another planet — waterfalls, glaciers, volcanoes… all in one trip?! 😍🌋❄
Who else wants to rent a van and just drive the whole Ring Road?

  4. Love this video!! Just a few heads ups on pronunciations of a few Irish words….
Bodhrán is said as Bowrawn, made with animal skin across a single frame.
Uileann means elbow. Uileann pipes are played using the elbow to squeeze a bellows with one elbow into a bag under the other elbow, from there to the chanter, which is fingered similarly to a tin whistle. Uileann is pronounced like 'ihlon'.

  5. I'm not bragging—my great-grandparents were lock-keepers on the Grand Canal in Robertstown, Kildare. My Grandfather was born
in the Company's Blackwood Feeder House. It is now a National Historic Site. I have pictures from being there back in the 80's.
Not much of it was remaining. My Grandfather, Patrick Lynch came to NJ with his wife, Alicia Harris and their first baby, Edward.
The first Lynch, William, got the job of lock-keeper about 1787. The job was handed down from father to son. William's son, Edward,
was my Grandfather Patrick's Father. Patrick & Alicia settled in Newark, NJ and raised seven children. My Father William & Mom Mary raised seven children and I am the youngest at 88 years of all 22 grandchildren of Patrick & Alicia!!! I have six kids, 19 grands
and 2 great-grands!! I think that adds up to quite a few decendants of IRISH ANCESTRY from the Lock-keeper of Blackwood,
Kildare, Ireland. God Bless whoever reads this small part of Irish History by Patricia Audrey Lynch Krezel. ISH BREA LIOM (right?)

  6. I kept waiting for the interior of the island to come up. Am still waiting and the video is over. This video is only the shoreline around the Island.

  7. I startled a ghost twice in a VRBO in Galway. Never been to Ireland before 3/2025. Loved Galway and Dingle. We will see more nest time.
