Ooo, awe, so pretty…..made me smile. I love when the girls get together. I never thought of iris farms. Here in the PNW we have lavender- Sequim, rhody/azalea-Chimicum, tulip-Lynden. Maybe more. I have family history iris – some from each my and my husband's grandparents. Fun to walk along with you thanks. Have a great day! 🐸
Beautiful iris and inspiration for spring garden. Now time to visit a native plant nursery to get inspired to make a small native plant patch 🙂
Such beautiful blooms❤. I’m terrible with Irises. The house I moved to has so many irises. The lady that lived here must have loved irises. Most of the irises are purple and a peach color.
LOVED THIS!!! SO MUCH FUN!
Just ordered my concertina and mango meltdown! Beautiful ❤
I love that many garden channels I watch are focusing on Iris Farms and introducing them to people who may not have been familiar with their awesome-ness. Ordered the Re-Bloomer pack and hoping to get all the varieties
I enjoyed this video so much! Thanks for taking us along.❤❤❤
So did we crash their website yet?? 😂 Next year for the drone tour for sure!
You guys are so funny… never heard so much ohhhing and awwwinng Laura good thing you have property. lol
I’ve ordered from Sutton’s iris. They are very reputable and the iris are great quality. I look forward to seeing you plant and then the blooms next Spring.
I love Monicas’ explanation of Tribbles. Trekkie gardener here too!! Nerds unite!!
I sent a link to the iris garden to our family in Boise, the nursery is closed!
That was amazing! And they send to Canada….I'm so in trouble!
What a treat!!! Thanks so much to Suttons and to you gals for sharing your Iris hideaway tour!!!
enjoyed your walk thru the fields. reminds me when I used to do the same before the Suttons moved from Porterville, Ca.
Oh my gosh so beautiful. I t squilled when you showed the Come Away With Me! Love love love ! How does a person decide on wich iris to get . I'll take one of each please . Lol I've just been planting flower now for 3 years . I love Patunias and Iris .O have one that smells like grape soda , mmm. I was always so allergic to flower the last 6 or so years I have grown out of it . I can finally be around them Yeah!!! Thank you Lord , such a blessing . Thank you so much for taking us with you on your field trip and letting us know this amazing farm exist !!! I cant wait to go next year !!!
We had an Iris farm along the Hondo river in NM. Got an Iris every year for mother's Day. sadly the lady died and her kids sold the property, no more irises. 😢
Thank you for sharing this morning with us. I especially love when the three of you get together and share your adventures with us.
Laura, you are starting down a slippery slope planting iris in the dirtlands. Remember what you said about the south garden?😂
Hi Laura, I enjoyed visiting the iris farm with you, your mom, and Monica. Please thank Nick for introducing us to this happy beautiful place. I ordered irises today for my garden. Again thanks can’t wait to get them in August.
Would you be able to show us how Monika’s backyard garden is doing? It would be great to see how her garden has grown/changed🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
🌺LAURA, MOM & SIS, HELLO LADIES, THESE WILL GROW IN YOUR POND, NOT JUST IN THE GROUND. I HAVE A SMALL POND & THEY ARE GORGEOUS! I PUT THEM IN PLASTIC POTS WITH SAND & THEY WILL BLOOM FOR AROUND 6 WEEKS & THEY MULTIPLY & YOU DON'T HAVE TO REMOVE THEM IN THE WINTER HERE IN SOUTH CAROLINA & BELIEVE YOURS WOULD BE SAFE, THE WATER KEEPS THEM INSULATED!!🌺
🌺THANKS FOR THE TOUR🌺🌻🌺
Monica! I had a hair scrunchie a few years ago that my husband called my tribble. lol!
All your voices are so similar I can't tell who is talking. LOL…What a fun way to spend a morning! tfs 💖
Going to need to come back to this video late winter next year all the ones I like are sold out 😂
I am so so so excited for this! My grandmother cultivated hundreds of varieties of iris. I absolutely adore iris.
You just inspired me to visit one of our local Iris growers and place my order, love them especially the yellows, oranges, dark blue and whites. Absolutely love them, thanks for the inspiration!!!
Oh heaven heaven heaven. I know Laura films in advance, so either she was on my wavelength and our minds collided, or they read my comment and Shreiner iris garden recommendation and listened. Either way, this has been an amazing episode. I think they should visit flower gardens and plant farms more often. Yes yes yes. I'm excited for seeing the purchases in the landscape!
