1.5 years old. Purchased as Echeveria Snow Peach and arrived two head. She's been repotted once 6 months ago. After the pot up, she took off and started to plump. First time flowering, I have decided to let it bloom so I can observe the flowers.

Removing offsets or leaving them is entirely a personal preference I think. I prefer the clumped up look when plants propagate themselves. If you prefer to have one plant per pot then removing the offset and pot up seems to be good to do now.
