First Meghan Markle, and now Ivanka Trump, both women are growing their own produce and sharing it with friends, which may become a new trend, hobbies for rich ladies who have a lot of time on their hands.

In regards to Meghan, it was fruit, which she turned into jams, and now Ivanka, she has cherry tomatoes in her kitchen garden in Miami, where she lives with her family, and likes to pack up and bring to friends homes when she visits.

Ivanka shared a story on Instagram, explaining what she means by that.

In the story, she wrote: “Small baskets of fresh produce from our kitchen garden has been one of my favorite things to bring to friends homes when I visit this season.”

This isn’t the first time Ivanka has popped up on social media singing the praises of gardening.

In 2016, she shared a post on Facebook, where she said: “There are few things better than spending a hot summer evening in the garden with these next gen green thumbs!” she wrote at the time.”

Ivanka has been on a gardening journey, describing it as a “cherished tradition” that started with windowsill herb pots and expanded to the backyard.

She said of the past-time “It has always been about more than just growing food. It’s about spending time together with our hands in the dirt, cultivating a connection to the natural world, understanding the importance of healthy soil, and making thoughtful choices that honor both our bodies and this planet.”

According to Ivanka, tending to the gardens “instills a sense of responsibility” in her three children, which she shares with husband Jared Kushner. friends, which sounds eerily familiar to another public figure who does something similar, but with… jams.
