A “determined” Suffolk gardener will feature on the next episode of a popular BBC TV series.

Arit Anderson, from the BBC Two show Gardeners’ World, will be visiting a “determined cut-flower gardener in Suffolk who’s on a mission to champion the grown not flown movement”.

Also on the show Monty Don is changing things up in his Jewel Garden pots, and replacing old tulips with bold, colourful bedding.

The presenter will also attempts to breath new life into his waterlilies on his pond, while also giving his oranges and lemons their “annual MOT”.

A successful Australian model is also explaining why she swapped the catwalk for the compost heap, and trained in horticulture to become a head gardener at a historic garden.

The episode is set to air on BBC Two at 8pm on Friday, with it also available on BBC iPlayer shortly after broadcast.
