As per the title we had a 2 week heatwave right after I cut it short now after 10 days of heavy rain it's still nice and short but seems to be all clover all of a sudden even though I've never set seed, just mowed it short regularly and took the cuttings away since I bought the place 2 years ago.

What should I do now to make it permanent and encourage it? I always wanted to do this but thought it would just be a failure like all my wildflower meadow attempts.

Hoping it's not microclover because I want the flowers for the pollinators.

Clover seed over the top ? I’ve started this on our lawn on a bare patch , hoping to move away from grass to clover as it’s better for the soil as well as being more interesting. Bought a load of seed off the ‘bay.
Use it like grass seed and it seems to take nice and easy too although only a week in it’s showing already.

My lawn wants to go this way but I keep stopping it. Interested in the benefits maybe I can be persuaded!?
