I know it all kind of looks gray when it’s dry, but when you spray or soak it, the live healthy parts will be greenish. It should perk right up with some moisture. It loves humidity.

No such thing as too green! Green is good! Any dead bits will be brownish. You can leave it as is, mostly it’s just a way to gauge if it’s alive. I don’t trim any of my Spanish Moss unless it’s really getting old and has a ton of dead stuff at the base. Even then I’m cautious.

I give mine a 15-minute bath in room tempered water once a week. It seems to thrive on this treatment 🙂
