Before and after of our transition away from grass

Bought this house in 2019 and have gradually been removing the grass and transitioning to perennial flowers, native plants, and fruit trees. Right now we have 2 plum trees, 5 blueberry bushes, a huckleberry bush, and a peach tree, as well as lavender and rosemary in the front. This is in addition to our large vegetable garden in the back. I will never live somewhere with an HOA that forces me to have a green, watered and fertilized lawn again!
