My strawberries did not overwinter outside in my green stalk. I grew lettuce, mini cabbage, bush type green beans, radishes, green onions, carrots and flowers in mine last year. I was going to plant my lettuce today but didn’t get to it. Maybe tomorrow. Come back and update us on the seed houses.
I bought the inventor's bundle (3 leaf + 3 original) and then bought an extra leaf and an extra original and extra grey disk and extra water reservoir and extra wheels).
Yes, sounds like a lot, but … I turned it into two 4 tier GreenStalks with 2 original and 2 leaf each.
Why? Because 4 tiers is a much more manageable height for me.
I am wondering if you could grow cabbages in the greenstalk.
