I drove an hour to pick up a wishlist plant (darker PP) and left with a $30 Florida beauty bc this woman had one of the best garage set ups I’ve ever seen with super reasonable prices 😭
me everyday: no more plants.
one trip to hardware store later: look at all my new plants!
great finds. i hope they bring you joy and grow like crazy. 💚🌱

Same! One breath it’s “I’m done- no more”. They next minute is planning when I can pop by the nursery “just to look”.

Is that a Florida or a squamiferum? I very well could be wrong but it looks more squamiferum. Is the petiole fuzzy? Either way beautiful plants

Same! I keep saying I’m done and then as soon as I move TCs out of incubation I end up buying a few more.

Dropping into any garden centre this spring has been a big mistake, especially when I see newer kinds/’rare’ Philos while out. Even more so when they are on their last legs, and I can see them marked down for discount.

I would do the same thing but I never have more money because of the way I budget. Either I’m saving for something online or I save about $40 and head to the nursery to buy something.
