When I see Monsteras like this I cannot understand how they grow facing this direction and their backs are toward the window. How does this happen?

Did you spilled the fertilizer in her pot ?

Kept it as close to the window as possible. Gets a good amount of direct sun a day (3-5 hours). I see some recs on the internet that monsteras should not be in direct light but that’s not true imo.
I was using Regular miracle grow indoor plant fertilizer every other watering. Past two months, I use jacks classic all purpose plant food micro dosed with each watering.
Humidifier next to plant past 5 months
Rarely watered but watered heavily. Maybe every 2-4 weeks? I made sure the soil was dry and then watered until water was coming out of drainage holes.
Soil I use 25% miracle grow indoor. 25% perlite. 25% orchid bark (might have put an extra scoop). 25% peat moss
Repotted twice. Put aerial roots in soil each time
