Grow Strawberries from store bought Strawberries 🍓

An endless supply of strawberries and can be done again and again.

Step 1: Lightly slice strawberries.
Step 2: Place them on paper towel.
Step 3: Let them dry.
Step 4: Get a container with lid.
Step 5: Rub off seeds into the container and put the lid on.
Step 6: Put in freezer for 2-4 weeks.

Why put seeds into the freezer?
Freezing strawberry seeds can help increase germination rates. This process, called cold stratification, mimics winter conditions that strawberry seeds experience in their natural environment. By freezing the seeds in an airtight container for 2-4 weeks, you encourage them to germinate faster and with higher success rates when sown.

Once taken out of freezer, let sit in room temperature and plant the seeds. You have strawberry plants in no time 👍
