Pic 1: Mother plants caudex's(caudi?) with a bunch of backbudding apparently, also didn't realize my phone could actually get detail on the velvety leaves, neat.
Pic 2: Mother on the right, and the latest batch of cuttings, which got planted in the middle of April I think. A lot of growth on this round, Have switched to Black Gold Cactus Mix, seems like some good stuff so far.
Pic 3: First ever cutting starting to make it's caudex.
Pic 4: Same plant as pic 3 with the one flower I haven't chopped yet. Still not entirely sure if it's best to wait for them to die off naturally or snip it.
