Ummmm, I’ve shop vac’d my lawn after a dethatch/hard raking + mow. More than a few times. (I’ve a small lawn, and my push-reel doesn’t have a clipping catcher.)

I’ll admit, the thought has crossed my mind before.

You’re a step behind, I just program my roomba to do the patterns I like.

My son spilled a ton of fertilizer in the lawn last week and I took the vacuum out and vacuumed the lawn to clean it all up and keep it from killing the grass. Probably looked like a crazy person, but worth it.

One upping the guy striping his lawn with a broom.

I think about it with my crabapples. Saw some shopvacs today and really considered it

  7. Take it a step too far and people come out of the woodwork “ya I did that before” lmao

Ya but how do you wash the grass? Are you mopping?

I just use a roomba and a lawn mowing robot.

They like to chase each other around the yard.

I already bought out all the roombas of the nearest walmart to start my landscaping company

  11. I would say the logical next step is getting an extension cord. Won’t be able to do much if you can’t plug that bad boy in.

  12. It’s like the best use of ai I’ve seen so far 👌 would this dethatch your lawn too?

For a long time I had a small yard and a little corded electric 13” mower and it genuinely was closer to vacuuming than mowing.

  14. Should’ve just taken a pic of your vacuum on your lawn … Here we are with AI on the lawncare sub…
