A popular Isle of Wight pub has added a new sensory beach to its already child-friendly garden.
The Fighting Cocks, Arreton has created a sand play area to be predominantly used by under fives.
Accessible via the toddler zone, there are also umbrellas to allow for shade, buckets, spades, balls and windmills, with more promised in the coming weeks.

The garden already boasts a number of things for young customers to do.
In 2023, the pub became the first on the Island to introduce a jumping pillow.
Its outdoor play area consists of climbing frames, swings, a slide, and a see-saw.
There is also an ice cream hut, a bouncy castle and inflatable Go-Kart course.
