I keep buying these plants and they keep dying. I kept them alive for years in the past (mu originals died when I was hospitalized for a long while) but now it seems like I can't seem to keep them alive. It makes me concerned they have some infection or something and are spreading it to each other?!
My watering routine is:
Once a week, soak them for 5-10 minutes. Then leave them to dry for about 1-2 days, upside down. They're all in fairly indirect light.
Any help would be so appreciated!

What kind of water are you using? Also how long ago was the plant healthy?
I’m not entirely sure what is going on, but they need to dry out within about 4 hours. I use a small desk fan on mine.
