About how much longer should I go before repotting this guy? Maybe measured by new leaves since he grows relatively slow… He's in a teeny lil pot and seems to be stretching the plastic just a bit, but I think that's largely from him pushing the rocks. Don't wanna fuck with him too much since he's been so gorgeous, but also don't wanna restrict him unnecessarily? Any advice would be greatly appreciated cause this is my only haworthia with this horse tooth growth form, and I wanna do him justice!

Your Haworthia resembles a hybrid between H. truncata x H. maughanii. If you choose to repot a slightly larger pot would do. You can either use a terra cotta/clay pot or plastic. Make sure it has good drainage holes additional can be added as an option. A shallow rather than a deep pot would be preferred. The media should drain well as too much moisture retention can cause root damage. After repotting an area with bright indirect light would be helpful. When established you can move it to brighter light conditions if you choose to do so. Good luck!
Haworthia produce long tap roots and it is recommended that their pots are 4-5 inches deep for optimal growth
I’d pot him up a little bit so he can spread out. I have this hybrid, it seems to like a little breathing room
