  1. You guys really did this one right. Im impressed. Im in the same market as a new construction GC/ developer. We should talk!

  2. Amazing transformation and an entertaining watch. Still though, the homeowner will need two Sherpas and oxygen to reach the top.

  3. Well, the same amount of rain will impact this area so what water collection sites have been installed for roof collections?

  4. Nice but we're going to run out of sand for concrete in time. Use gabions…until we run out of stones.

  5. Love how you went the poured in place walls versus block, much stronger. Like how clean you have kept the job site, form work can be really messy. Walls look clean, straight and plumb. Great job! The homeowner should be very happy with your work.

  6. This is stunning! Thanks for sharing. We have a slope pretty close to this and the size as well, Could you share the cost for the Phase 1?

  7. What type of plywood is that for the concrete retaining wall forms in the 4×8 sheets to get 1 smooth side? (What Material and thickness is 3/4ish?)

  8. Also would it have been possible to monopour the walls with the footngs or would have bracing been too tough?

  9. Beautiful work! I like the finished look of your walls more than All Access that shows the form lines. Great work!

  10. cool. Next time dig it out and make it flat so you can install retaining walls under all three fences 🙂

  11. What a fucking waste of my time, I’m so fucking disappointed you guys screwed me that was fucking retarded, only worst thing than throwing all that money away to build a big fucking toilet in the back yard, was the sound track 😓

  12. You should definitely mention how you are leveling it and what precautions you gotta take into account when building on a slope
