Where is this project at? It looks like it’s the Bay Area in California.
I’m thinking Oakland?
My question is, with that hot tub so far away from his house how is he gonna keep his neighbors out if it?
build a very solid house
what was the $$amage on that one ?
Ha ha! (No) it’s a planned piece of engineering to reduce the risk of the potential landslip taking the house away!
You guys really did this one right. Im impressed. Im in the same market as a new construction GC/ developer. We should talk!
I would have loved to see the complete make over, but so far it looks great!
Amazing transformation and an entertaining watch. Still though, the homeowner will need two Sherpas and oxygen to reach the top.
やや高台だと 荷物の上げ 大変だよね 仕事は構わないがね。
Well, the same amount of rain will impact this area so what water collection sites have been installed for roof collections?
Only time I ever thought about becoming a contractor was after building retaining walls as part of a crew one Summer😊😊
Concrete terrace and stairs? Really? No real stone or tiles?
Wooooooooooow nice
Nice but we're going to run out of sand for concrete in time. Use gabions…until we run out of stones.
Love how you went the poured in place walls versus block, much stronger. Like how clean you have kept the job site, form work can be really messy. Walls look clean, straight and plumb. Great job! The homeowner should be very happy with your work.
This is stunning! Thanks for sharing. We have a slope pretty close to this and the size as well, Could you share the cost for the Phase 1?
Only in California ! One good mudslide and it and the house are in the back neighbor living room !
lot of work for a 3ft wall. its crazy this engineer went wild
80,000 USD
Too much concrete… Don't like it
5 yrs and major cracks in concrete. To big of a hill for that little of support. Imo
Nice work!
What type of plywood is that for the concrete retaining wall forms in the 4×8 sheets to get 1 smooth side? (What Material and thickness is 3/4ish?)
Also would it have been possible to monopour the walls with the footngs or would have bracing been too tough?
15:34 etcher or what was sprayed on the finished concrete steps?
Beautiful work! I like the finished look of your walls more than All Access that shows the form lines. Great work!
How much permit for this kind of scope of work?
no proper drainage at retaining walls, place is done for
Looks like the owner is going to need a Roomba style lawn mower.
He should of fixed the fences puttting all that money into the back yeard
What is the company of the prefab shed/cottage on the top tier?
Over or under $400,000?
And people complain about how much landscaping costs. Well now you know, no shortcuts on this job.
How much did this cost the customer?
cool. Next time dig it out and make it flat so you can install retaining walls under all three fences 🙂
What a fucking waste of my time, I’m so fucking disappointed you guys screwed me that was fucking retarded, only worst thing than throwing all that money away to build a big fucking toilet in the back yard, was the sound track 😓
B aim5 notes Mam 1 23 and brother
Dope💯👍🏾
This is great!
You should definitely mention how you are leveling it and what precautions you gotta take into account when building on a slope
Hi what camera(s) do you use for Timelapse?
hey, where are you guy located? I am very interested in starting a project with you guys.
