What would you do differently? Set up AND plant care wise. I love plants but admit I always have lots more to learn. Currently searching for bigger pots for the monstera’s. I also struggle caring for my ZZ plant inherited from my grandmother.

This has sooooo much potential!!! Long flowey ones on the top. I’d place a few items that aren’t plants to break it up. You could even do a couple monsteras in a pot on the sides (on the ground). It could be too much, but I’m over the top like that! 😉 This is beautiful!
Just saw the comment about the zz. I’ve had trouble too. Just a little tip that I discovered accidentally is; even if literally ALL the stems disappear, it’s probably still alive below the surface. Mine does better with a lot of light, and has even acclimated to full sun. Again, I left the pot alone because I thought it had completely died. Apparently, it did better when I stopped messing with it. Look at him now!! You can also place the leaves half way down into the soil, and it’ll grow a new stem! That’s special because of your grandmother, so best of luck to yours!

this is so pretty! i wish i could have plants within kitty nibble range 😭 all of my cats are obsessed with eating plants so they have to be out of reach.
Looks amazing, love that shelf. Id maybe add a nice grow light on each side for the monsteras. Maybe a light dropping down from the ceiling and shining down from above.

If the blinds are down a lot even just halfway this is medium to low light. The monsters are both in low to no light. Looks cool for now but the plants will suffer a bit. I hope it is a south window tbh
