    If that’s mint
You best dig that up and barrier it
    Mowing will do nothing
    It’ll come back

Mint is great. Smells great, feels great, tastes great. No need to mow it

Ouch is flowering already you might have a bigger problem, if you don’t want an infinite amount of mint i would dig it up and make sure that non of those flowers have seed pods, if carefully remove the flowers before digging it up

  4. dig it all up or it’ll take over your whole lawn

This would be my ideal lawn. All mint, all the time.

Doesn’t matter, it will come back quickly after mowing.

It can root from stem cuttings scattered about

Gotta be vigilant with mint. It spreads pretty steadily. Nowhere near as bad as English ivy, but it’s fairly aggressive. We keep ours in big terracotta pots. I don’t let it near my lawn or my garden.

Keeps fleas and ticks away. Makes yummy mojitos. 😋

If it’s wild and vibing, let it grow—nature’s own mood ring. If it’s weed city, mow that drama down.
