Hello, I have a 20×10 plastic greenhouse and I’m located in 6b. I just had a thought about ventilation and am over here panicking lol. Do you think with all of the screens opened, I should be fine? Or should I add fans? And if I add fans, how should I do it? I have been looking and looking but most tips and ideas are for non-plastic greenhouse. I will take any and all advice. TYIA!!!!

I wouldn’t worry about the fans. With all of those window screens I’m sure you can keep the conditions good. Just make sure to get a temperature and humidity sensor if you haven’t so you can keep an eye on it
I doubt those little windows are going to do much. It looks like the ends are just held with velcro straps so if the temps do get too high you can remove one or both ends.
Also consider a shade cloth!
I have a homemade green house… I just leave my vents open and the door during the day… It helps with circulation and allows the bugs in for pollination.
A fan will help, too.
