I have a dewalt 6.5" circular saw and I want to cut a multiwall polycarbonate panels at an angle- does anyone have a recommendation on a type of blade? Or a better way to cut? The panel will fit on the right side there, angled against the roof

16mm 3 wall polycarbonate from Gallina https://gallinausa.com/policarb/
Mount a regular blade backwards.
From the website:
What do I use to cut Gallina’s Policarb® and arcoPlus® panels?
Use a circular saw with plywood blade or jig saw with fine tooth blade. This produces clean, even cut. Cut sheet before taking off film, or static charge will attract fine chips to channels. Remove any fine shavings or chips prior to installation. Condensation moving through layers continues cleaning channels, but get clean as possible. Leave film on sheet until ready to install, remove in an area free from dust. Thinner sheets may be cut with a utility knife using a clamp and secured straight edge to ensure an accurate, straight cut.
Used a fresh 6” for my opal dual wall Polly from eplast, worked fine.
200 tooth was what I used and it worked great
You can use a regular circular saw blade flipped backwards. Just make sure that the blade is at top speed, that the material is supported, and that you cut slowly. You can sand off any rough edges after pretty easily.
A carbide tip blade makes a nice cut, but I would suggest blowing out the flutes with a compressor or leaf blower when done.
I strongly recommend borrowing or hiring a circular saw that can run on a track. This will give you lovely straight cuts exactly where you want them every time.
I used a fine finish blade until someone else fucked it off. Then I just used a regular blade backwards.. work just fine.
