HELP! This guy won’t stop growing. He’s nearly at the ceiling! What do I do? Should I just cut him in half? Should I stop watering so much or move him away from the window? Will he naturally stop growing when he hits the ceiling?
Hi OP, sorry I can’t answer your questions but I have a question. But what kinda plant is this please?

You can prune it for sure. If you cut a branch off it will form two side shoots instead.
So you can end up with a fuller and shorter plant that fits your space better. You can then propagate the cuttings and have some more rubber plants. Cutting it in half seem like a good idea actually. And also the long branch behind the tv set.
I have a plant like that and it is easy to top it. Just cut it off at the height you want. The part you cut off can then be stuck into a pot with soil. It will root on its own and then you have two plants. On the mother plant, new shoots will then appear on each side of the cut. You can top several branches and plant in new pots. That way the mother plant will be bushier and more lush.
When you do chop & prop try to cut it into sections with no more than three leaves while rooting. Too many leaves take too much energy to sustain while trying to grow roots.
