So I bought a used one from the Depot for $900 including tax. This is one week after aeration and Lesco Carbon Pro G.

I love Honda small engines.

With all that equipment, why do you have a lawn guy to begin with?

  2. So instead of paying $150 you spent almost $1000? How does that make sense. $150 to aerate all that seems like a steal.

Oh boy you showed him by spending $750 more than he quoted you

Op though he was winning. Definitely a loss. Unless op is very wealthy then we are the losers

Damn id gladly pay 150. Every quote i got for my 1 acre outside philly was 400ish.

  6. 150 is a really good price. This is such a weird thread lmao.

You could’ve rented the machine as well for cheaper; if stores near you have that option available

You ever run one? I’ll glad not throw out my back for $150

I mean your yard looks great, but in reality that was a really decent offer for the size of your yard

So, you paid $750 more, and had to do the work yourself?

$150 seems reasonable to me 🤷🏻‍♂️

$150 to aerate that large of a lawn is a fantastic price

  14. It would take you 7 years just to break even (before sales tax). This is not factoring in labor, so really it probably will be around 10-14 years.

150 to aerate all that? That’s cheap and you won’t have the machine taking up space.
