In this video, I’m showcasing my stunning Seiryu Japanese Maple, a unique upright laceleaf variety that’s been growing in the front of my garden for the past five years. It’s underplanted with a charming dwarf ginkgo called Mariken, creating a beautiful layered look. This area receives gentle morning sun and is shaded by early afternoon, which helps maintain the delicate foliage. I’ve never pruned this tree, yet it continues to thrive as one of the standout specimens in my landscape. If you’re a fan of Japanese maples, shade gardening, or simply love elegant, low-maintenance trees, you’ll enjoy this short video!
