Am I dealing with thrips or scale here ? Or something else?
It was in leca just transferred to potting mix and I water when dry, gets indirect bright light

  3. Thrips larvae are like tiny worms. Mealybugs are oval, or round, can be white or gray, and can leave a cotton-like substance on the leaves and stems. I would spray it down well with water to knock off as many as possible, even daily or every other day if you see many more. Keep it away from your other house plants. Alcohol with water spray will kill mealies. If thrips get worse consider a systemic pesticide. Alcohol/water to treat scale too.

    Thrips. They look like little yellow rice, you appear to potentially have a few in that second photo..
