heyo! i bought this plant ages ago, no clue what it actually is, but every so often it just sprouts a huge stem with flowers on the end??? what does this mean!
This is just how a lot of succulents flower. Its normal for the flower stalk to look like that!

Lol I love the pot that it’s in—how fitting!

Totally normal. You could hand pollinate it with a q tip and pollen from other flowers. Think to yourself “if I was a bee…” and get some pollen from flowers in your yard or nearby. Then your succulent will put out pups.

You should get lovely little flamingo shaped flowers. Mine flowers every year and it’s an absolute delight. We often get up to 5 stalks every year. They drip a little sticky liquid and if you transfer it from one flower to the other you’ll get a little baby succulent on the flower stem. Pin it down into the soil with a peg and it’ll root. Behold, another succulent!
