Dunelm is selling a set of outdoor lights that are said to transform the garden for those warm summer evenings. The 20 LED Premium Festoon Outdoor String Lights are priced at £30, and shoppers say they look “so pretty” at night, while adding “a whole new dimension” to the space.
They feature a classic look, with black string and round bulbs – they’re mains powered and one customer noted them having a “long lead”. However, there are plenty of solar powered options too for those who would prefer.

Dunelm’s premium lights have gained a 4.5/5 star score overall, with 32 shoppers leaving their thoughts in the reviews section.
One shopper wrote: “I’m very pleased with these lights, which I bought for my new pergola. They’re good quality and look so pretty at night. I’ve only had them up for a few weeks but I’m hoping they last a long time, and I would recommend.”
Carol said: “Look fantastic across the length of our back garden and give great light and effect when using the garden in the evening.”

However, some reviews note that condensation can collect in the bulbs, which might be something to keep in mind. This is reflected in one review, which reads: “Lights up the patio well but already condensation in one of the bulbs, so not sure how long they will last.”
