You are going to have weeds growing up through the mulch. Another you tuber I watch uses cardboard boxes as her weed barrier.
What y’all have done looks good. But a question, why to spend the money you have spent on mulch and other items on purchasing skirting to fix up the mobile home. You can have a pretty yard but it a t hide an ugly home. Not saying your home is ugly at all. But fixing the skirting where it is messed up would help the looks of everything.

I know you had thought about moving to a house before, but decided to stay. Maybe that would be a better option for you if you don't want to spend a lot on a larger home?
