Backyard space is sacred—this we all know. But those lucky enough to have it are also keen on keeping it private. A report from Yardzen, a landscape design and building platform, shared that more homeowners are designing their outdoor areas with seclusion in mind. Specifically, there has been a 22 percent increase in requests for features that prioritize privacy, such as hedges and fences.
If this has you raising your eyebrows in interest, there’s one thing you can do pretty quickly to keep wandering neighbors’ eyes clear of your bocce ball tournament—or at least make you feel a little more removed from the world. The solution? Privacy screens. Here are a few on our radar.
