Flameflower was indoors. Leaves just drooped one day and I watered it but hasnt improved. I even changed pots. Roots look fine

The autumn fern I was told can survive a Canadian winter if the base was protected with some mulch. I've seen other ferns rise up but this one looks flattened. Did I blunder?

Prine off the ends of the poinsettia it’s likely try8ng to put all of its energy into making seeds.

A lot of those roots look rotten to me. There should be a bunch of white ones. I would remove any that are flat or squishy and repot with dry soil.

As for the fern, remove any dirt or mulch that’s covering the crown.
