I've had this constant problem since I bought this bambino home, brown edges which always appear towards the base of the leaves. Eventually they fall off. It is kept in the kitchen where it receives morning sunlight. I use a humidity meter to make sure the soil is dry before watering so I don't think it's root rot. Any ideas?
