I would love a Hartley Botanic "Grand Gallery" greenhouse, but they won't sell their build plans – they require that their own contractors do the job. Which renders it unaffordable for me. If I were inclined to build my own Victorian-style glass-on-brick greenhouse, where could I find the blueprint and build list for such a thing?

I am in the same boat as you. The trouble I’m finding is not really the ‘blueprint’ per se, its the very unique hardware they use for those systems. Glass on aluminum framing is like commercial-grade construction, which you can start investigating.
What are they asking $ for something like you pictured? Did you get a quote? I don’t see any sort of pricing in their catalog. Definitely look like a nice well built product that will out live me.
