Like the afibs idea….last year we had lady bugs everywhere ..this year not a one😢😢😢😢
Wow, that's a lot of goodies in that bucket!
Thank you for the TP roll Tip! I will be planting my tomatoes this week. You’ve taught me so much these last few years, thank you! Happy Gardening 🌱
Good can they be worms in my smart pots and I don't even know if there is or that🍊
Great hacks Kim! I purchased mosquito netting to protect my plant babies.
I like the bucket idea. If I'd found out about before last Christmas about that, I could have saved my sister a small fortune sending me a fancy insulated gardening apron with detachable belt to store tools and an array of items and objects in separate compartments to use in the garden. The bucket is nice both for sharp and for bulky items (like the jar of rubbing alcohol for cleaning tools).
To upgrade or expand on the bucket idea might be to carry a wide shallowish basket with a high fixed arched handle always in the upright position so it is easy to grab and could serve to drape rags for cleaning off tools or maybe hold clips or clamps and show all the items it holds easily in full view.
I love ALL today's tips! ❤ Where have you been all my life? 😊 LOL Thanks!🎉
Great tips! Thank you Kim 🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻
My favorite to try is the toilet paper roll.
Favorite wet sock for aphids 🎉
I start my sunflowers in TP rolls so critters don’t steal my seeds. I dig the hole, throw in fertilizer , and transplant the whole roll into the ground.
The toilet paper roll and the bucket. I find myself going in and out of the house because I forgot something
I put 3 tomato cages side by side and use for cukes or delicata squash trellis. You can also zip tie wood stakes on each level of the cages horizontally for more stability. Kinda like this:

I’m so excited to try the sock tip! I have a toad living in my garden so I can’t use any sprays. 🙂
Love the sock idea! Thanks for the very informative and helpful ideas!
Using the tulle to cover newly sow seeds is one I like. In addition to it protecting from birds, it also is a marker to remind me to keep area watered as I can overlook watering seeds,
Thank you Kim I like the bucket tip. Thanks. But all of them were 👍.
The bucket and the tools were my favorite tip. Thanks!
Man your foot is square
I like your Garden Bucket Supplies. I’ve done the bucket thing too, but I wasn’t successful in maintaining it. But I’ve used a 5 gallon bucket before – too big and became too heavy once I had stuff in it. So, since seeing the size bucket you use and just the essentials in it for take at hand, I’m going to try it again. Small bucket, and only necessary items.
a SOCK! I have never heard of that! Absolutely space under theb trellis can be used for cooler weather crops. The Bucket! SO practical. HACKS!
I liked all of them, but I really love the garden bucket- thank you sooo much😻
The bucket is what Ive been needing so simple yet effective, why didnt I think of that! I already use tulle its made gardening possible for me! Thanks Kim!
You are my very favorite vegetable gardener to watch! I've recommended you to many of my friends ❤
I like the toilet roll idea, i cut plastic squash bottles in half and place over any seedlings/new shoots, it stops any slugs n snails and kind of acts like a mini greenhouse keeping frost away. I know that not everyone likes what they look like but it is only for a couple of weeks and i get to reuse them every year 😊
I appreciated the reminder about trellises for beans & cucumbers. I always overthink it and don’t end up doing it. But this I can do.
