Keep an eye on that wood flooring. Termites go through most geotextiles like it’s nothing and love the humidity of a greenhouse.
Where Im at even new pressure treated wood only gets about 1.5-2 years before the termites start going to town if it’s in direct contact with geotextile/dirt.
You can trench and treat around the exterior perimeter, or spot treat the wood itself but some of the chemicals are pretty nasty and need reapplication every so often.
You could also burn the wood, (a la shō sugi ban), but if you’re not hitting at minimum 1/4 of full char it’s not going to do much.
