Hi! From the way the leaves are all curving in one direction, they look like a T. seleriana to me. They usually don’t take to soaking because the pseudobulbous base can trap water easily and may lead to rot. I haven’t had the best luck growing them well, they are surviving but not thriving. Mine are hanging by an East facing window and I water them under a tap once a week, for a few seconds, then hang them back. Hopefully someone else can chime in with a better care routine. Good luck 🙂
