  1. I'm in south- central Louisiana, zone 9B and that front just finally left us today! Day after day after day of rain! Ugh! But my garden sure is happy! Watch, now we'll not get rain for 2 months! 😂

  2. I'm in the same boat as far as the rain goes. Located in N. MS. and it has rained every day for about 6 days straight. The stuff that's already planted is doing well but it's almost TOO MUCH rain. (thought I'd never say that about the garden! lol!) So far, no fungal or disease issues but I'm sure they will come….

  3. Who ever needs the rain I would be happy to send them some. Over 3 month only a handful of day we had 🌞. 😮 Please rain go away.

  4. It’s currently raining, 30 minutes ago the weather said it wouldn’t start for another 2 hours 😒. Currently in a hoodie in the garden and when it’s real heavy I’m on the porch under my awning planting the grow bags.

  5. My tulips are just blooming, and I was so ready in feb. So all my starts WANT OUT! 2 more week's and they will be safe from frost😂

  6. My village in northern Alberta was evacuated one night this week because of a wildfire that came within a mile of town. We were away a couple of nights. We had a bit of rain, and supposed to have more, but we could use a really good soak.

  7. The Joanne's near me is already gone, signs and all.😢
Thankfully, I just went through all my craft supplies, packing up for the move, and found around 20 skeins I forgot I had.🤣

  8. Fkori here. We were in A pretty bad drought until yesterday. I hav had abo 6 inche in 36 hours. Everything is wet here and it's nice. I put out seeds today so tonight's rain can do it's job. I have collected over 400 gallons of rain water in less than 2 days and I'm excited bec my 3k storage was bone dry. I don't like watering with my city water and I know my plants like the rain water better but sometimes it's what has to happen.

  9. I’m wondering what you do when your chickens go broody. Because silkys think broodiness is there special function.

  10. We are here in Alabama and it has been raining here for days and days. We put in a new garden plot for our peppers and tomatoes and eggplant. Because of the rain we have not been able to put in our 55 plants we started and it'supposed to rain the next 5 days. Thank God we got our raised bed planting in. And all our other crops just a month behind on the 55 plants. But you have to shift sometimes, so I have been sowing lots of seeds in between the rain. We cannot fight against God's plans it's best to just roll with it, it's hard to kick against the pricks. All's well that ends well.😊😊😊😊
    Lord Bless

  11. Hey friends. I got super sick and stopped watching my channels for a good while. I've looked many pages back but haven't seen any updates about the mercentile or the coffee shop or the new hosue build. Are these things still in the works and I'm just missing them? Would love a catch up on these things if possible.

  12. We are in Rome GA so we get the same weather, just a few hours ahead of you. Im glad for the rain, always better than drought, but good night its been A LOT!

  13. It’s chilly but no frost forecast now although it’s not warm enough for tomato and pepper planting that’s got to wait til last week of May, at least.
It will get nice and warm soon. Hi from Ontario 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

  14. I'm getting rain from the same lines as you, only a little delayed, being just east of Charlotte in NC. I know how badly we've needed it but I'm over it by now.

  15. I would love to be able to get out in the rain to work this week but, its 55 and raining for multiple days. And i cant tolerate getting cold.

  16. hey here's another hobby for u (I crochet too), make your own yarn from the shaved sheep and alpaca wool! Lol joke I doubt u have time for that, tho I can see u when it is raining enjoying spinning some yarns XD

  17. Ooh, this video reminds me of the time when I went out and picked all my green tomatoes during a hail storm because it was going to freeze the next day. In my defense I had not actually had time to do it until that day, but it was one of my more miserable garden experiences. I got several bushels of tomatoes brought in that day, though, safe from the nasty weather.
I wish you'd send some of that rain my way – we're fixing to be in a drought by mid-summer if we don't get a whole lot more precipitation . . .

  18. Gardening can definitely be a rollercoaster, but it's all part of the journey! Can't wait to see how you bounce back from this one!

  19. just outside Dallas and got enough rain last week that I have not watered !!!! but Wen this week we are to hit a 100 degree day ! so those days of rain are near an end for us so enjoy !

  20. I'm in central Florida and the daily rain is great for the lawn and plants – but havock on the migraine sufferer. Air pressure changes are Absolutely killing me. Any herbs you know of to help with this?

  21. Nice day today but lots of rain for the last few days. We needed it. We got maybe 6 inches in all in LA-lower Alabama.

  22. Middle Ga here. My 28×48’ garden space is still covered with billboard vinyl 🤦‍♀️. I have 80 pepper plants and 120+ tomato plants on shelving units with lights in my laundry room. It’s been a gullywasher. We will get through this.

  23. I was really optimistic yesterday and planted my tomatoes, and then it rained and snowed and rained today😔 was not in the forecast. Hopefully they survive.
