Debenhams has reduced the price of a garden bench hailed for its “incredible price” and “classic style”. The Garden Vida Steel Garden Bench Rose 3 Seater Outdoor Furniture from Home Discount usually retails at £140.99, but has been reduced to £54.85 in the sale.
The product description states: “Our 3-seater bench features a robust steel frame, ensuring long-lasting strength and resilience to withstand the elements. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, both the seat and back support of the bench are constructed from durable steel, promising a comfortable and reliable seating experience for years to come.”
Promising to add a ‘touch of vintage charm’, the bench features a rose pattern at the back made in plastic, and is designed to fit three people. Elsewhere, Argos sells the Home Henrietta 3 Seater Wooden Garden Bench, £100, while Dunelm’s Brindisi 3 Seater Dark Grey Bench, £99, is currently proving a popular choice on the site.

Debenhams’ rose adorned option has gained a near perfect score of 4.9/5 stars so far online. The bench has plenty of fans, such as this shopper who said: “Great value. Intricate rose design on the comfortable curved back. A classic style that should look even better as it ages. An incredible price for a quality bench.”
A second shopper said: “A good value bench. Pretty sturdy, easy to put together, looks the part.”
More praise comes from this customer who said: “Lovely garden bench, well packaged and delivered on time. Easy to assemble and very lightweight to move around the garden.”

Although, this buyer wasn’t impressed that the bench isn’t completely made of steel. They said: “Nice bench. Easy to put together. Disappointed with the back centre as its plastic so spoils the overall look of the bench.”
Another knocked off a star due to the rose design, they said: “Really nice bench very easy to build gutted that the plastic rose detail hasn’t all been cut away and I don’t know if I’ll try and do it. It will ruin it so it’ll have to stay like that.”
Alternatively, Amazon has the Garden Vida Slatted Garden Bench, currently priced at £55 on Amazon. The black variation features a tulip design, akin to the one sold at Debenhams. As an Amazon’s Choice option, it has received some great feedback, with an overall score of 4.3/5.
