In order of appearance and container size: pole beans (5 gal bucket), peas (5 gal bucket) chard (3.5 gal bucket), spinach (4 gal bucket), mizuna (4 gal bucket)

And I know I should have filled the containers more. A mistake I certainly won’t make next year!!

    Double your buckets! You can split all your current plants, and even top off and replant the current buckets!

    I think peas and beans should be fine, provided you feed them as they grow (they do fix nitrogen, but at negligible rates at that size). Definitely too small for chard and spinach.

    For the chard and spinach they can just let them get a bit bigger then harvest whole plant when thinning out
