I was moving my jade plant and noticed a broken leaf next to it. I picked it up and saw these what looks like roots on it. Should I try and propagate it?
That’s what leaves do, which is why most interventions people do to propagate leaves is wholly unnecessary. You can leave this under your main plant, or you can put it in its own small pot. It just needs some light and soil to grow into.

Yes, those are little roots looking for soil. Just leave it in some soil, and eventually you’ll have a whole new plant.

Yep! Succulents are weird like that, take a leaf, put it on soil, leave them alone for like 2 months, come back and new plant!
