I’m assuming it came from walmart or something. What can I do to help it?

    Rot. Is likely dead. Check roots.

    Edit;

    Take healthy one out and put in well draining* soil and container.

  2. I agree with the other folks. Definitely change the soil to one that’s faster draining. Add things like more perlite and pumice stones.

    If there are any healthy leaves, you can propagate them. It will take a while for them to make full plants, but it’ll happen.

    You might be able to propagate the very top part if you remove all the rotten leaves, cut, let it callus, and repot in very gritty soil in a tiny pot. Most succulents should be watered thoroughly once the leaves feel softer, not on any schedule.

    On the plus side, the jade looks really good 🤷🏼‍♀️

    Succulents should always be in terracotta to avoid over watering root rot

    Your soil looks very compacted and probably hydrophobic at this point. Get a chopstick stab the soil and twirl it around to loosen up the roots/soil. Then dunk the whole thing w pot underwater for 30 mins. Leave it sink overnight to drain. Next day leave it next to sunniest window for a week. Water again when the soil feels dry.

    that substrate is probably shite and caused this rot

    How long before this is on r/houseplantcirclejerk?

    This looks like every echeveria I’ve ever owned. (I water too much because I love too much! [and probably use the wrong soil])

    root rot. Its toast. Toss it before it diseases the other.

    That’s why I don’t get things from Walmart, or those grocery stores with that small plant section. Most of those plants are dying from lack of water and sun or improper care, too much sun, etc.
