Not too much sun to me. Though I’m still learning about haworthias- in my experience when I overdo the grow light, the tips get burnt. I don’t really see that on yours. Other commenters may easily see what you are worried about in the pic, but I don’t.

Hard to say without more details. Was it repotted in the last few months? Does it receive direct sun? If so, how many hours, morning or afternoon? Having said that, no it doesn’t look like it’s too much. It has some light stress, completely fine.

Looks good. If it was more dehydrated, or appeared to not be plumping after waterings, then you could be concerned.
The stress colors look good, if the leaf surface was shriveled and it has been hot weather, then there would be concern to leave it dormant and avoid overwatering. Haworthia tend to drop roots after repots or drastic changes in cultivation care, but yours looks plump enough that I’d just call it some stress colors.
How hot* has your climate been recently?

What is with the pink powder in the soil?

It looks fine to me.
FWIW, on my plants (indoors), if the back sides of more recent leaves start looking too pinched, I move a plant to less light for a while.
