You must have already made up your mind but those look pretty and are obviously successful there. Personally i’d cultivate them to fill out that space.

Its comfrey (symphytum officinale)

Don’t know the name but they are a garden killer. They eventually take over if you don’t weed them out. I usually dig them up by roots. If it too much use a safe weed killer.

I believe that is purple foxglove. Digitalis purpurea. To remove it you gotta pull the entire root, and do so preferably before it goes to seed. Very soon. At least that’s what it looks like to me at first glance.
