Good gravy. I ordered four metal storage racks to sort the pieces. Four might not be enough.

20% sorted after delivery.

The boxes are labeled 1-10 but there's no rhyme or reason to the numbering – you will be responsible for organizing ahead of time.

Once all parts are accounted for, I'll start staining.

I've (mostly) settled on a gravel pad with large stepping stones/pavers for the base. Concrete sounds like a bigger commitment for some reason.

The china-origin cedar is fine esthetically but I've never felt cedar this light in my life.

I trust the sum of the parts will serve it's purpose, but before ordering this I figured I would be reinforcing the structure and that remains true.

We get super high winds/hx of tornadoes, so in addition to ground anchoring, I'll be adding hurricane ties.

I'm considering buying one of their playhouses to compliment the structure and winterizing it for my hens.

It will be a long process but I'm looking forward to it!

Ordering to delivery in the Midwest was a week.

Congratulations. Just finished my Bellerose last month. I was completely taken by surprise with all the boxes.

These look really nice and with the snow/wind rating and after reading reviews these seem to be worth the $$

I love mine! What are you going to stain it with?
